Google Play.

Who we are

Kinda is a game developed by Rayan Aljarallah. Contact: [email protected]. By using the game you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Player account

An anonymous account with a random code is created the first time you use online play, your profile or the store, and its key is kept inside the game on your device. Deleting the game deletes the key, so we cannot always restore the account.

You can delete your account at any time from My profile in the game (“Delete my account”), or by emailing us your player code.

Pearls and capitals

Pearls are an in-game currency only: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved between accounts. Capitals you buy with them (such as Riyadh, Tokyo and Paris) are a licence to use them in the game on your account.

If pearls become available to buy with money, payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play, and purchases and refunds follow their terms. We may correct balances caused by bugs or abuse.

Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, and tampering with the server or results are not allowed. We may suspend or delete accounts that do so and reset their scores and pearls.

Service and updates

We keep developing the game, so features, prices and in-game rules may change. Online services are provided as they are and may stop temporarily for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to make the game work well, but we cannot promise it is free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for indirect losses from using it.

App stores

On iPhone and iPad, Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement also applies; on Android, Google Play’s terms apply.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If they change, the update will be posted on this page with its date, and continuing to play after that means you accept it.
